How do you connect to my bank?

We connect to your bank via encrypted APIs. This is a secure connection that enables us to pull balances, transactions, and statements from your bank in real-time.

Can I do payments through the Arpari platform?

If you open bank accounts directly with Arpari, yes. If you're a software only customer (i.e., using the Arpari dashboard with your external bank), we enable in-platform ACH, wire and other payments under our enterprise plan.

If I open Arpari bank accounts, where is the money held?

All funds are held at our FDIC-insured and federally-regulated bank partner, Thread Bank, Member FDIC. Funds are FDIC-insured up to $250,000 per depositor.

How do I onboard?

Onboarding is a quick. Most customers are usually up and running within a few days - our customer success managers make the process easy.

Which property management, accounting, and IR softwares are you compatible with?

We are integrated with most well-known property management, accounting, and IR platforms. Please discuss your needs with an account manager.

Is Arpari a bank?

No, we are not a bank. We are a financial technology company. We provide treasury management software, while also enabling customers to open Arpari-branded accounts in-platform (held at Thread Bank).

We have built our platform using best-in-class security practices, including end-to-end data encryption and tokenization. We regularly conduct vulnerability scans and have created a culture of security prioritization throughout our organization.
